Notes & Policies
An Evaluation Day is required for acceptance into our daycare programs. Re-evaluation may be required for dogs that haven’t visited in a year.
All daycare reservations must be scheduled in advance.
At peak times, priority scheduling is reserved for clients with subscriptions.
Late pick ups (after lobby hours) incur a $15 charge per 15 minutes.

1:1 Enrichment Daycare (Limited Availability):
A structured day includes four 15-minute enrichment sessions, a mid-morning gourmet treat or food puzzle, and standard suite accommodations during planned rest times. Drop-offs after 9 am & pick-ups before 4 pm may limit the number (or duration) of sessions we can provide. We structure their day for maximum benefit.
Half-Day Daycare:
5 hours or less, regardless of initial arrival time.
Half-day dogs present during the weekday break will be given the same rest time as Full Day dogs. Plan accordingly to allow your dog the maximum time in group play.
A 15-minute grace period is given before a half day = a full day. 5 hours and 16 minutes = a full day charge.

Credits expire in 30 days. Purchase what you will use in this time.
Subscriptions can be recurring or one-time.
No additional discounts will be applied to monthly subscriptions.

Boarding pricing is per dog. First dog at base rate, additional dogs in the same family sharing an accommodation receive $3 off per dog per night.
Multi-dog rates are based on sharing a suite and are dependent on the size & behavior of the dogs. Dogs not living in the same household cannot share a suite, per the Colorado Department of Agriculture.
All new dogs must have an Evaluation Day before their first boarding stay. Re-evaluation may be required for dogs that haven’t visited in a year.
Food, treats, or consumable items must come in re-sealable containers.
Bring ALL medications/supplements in original bottles. Per the Colorado Department of Agriculture, we must follow the original container or prescription instructions.
Injectable medications will not be administered.
Boardings 24hr+ incur a $30 charge per dog after 24 hours on final day. Based on initial drop off time.
Boarding Drop-Offs AFTER 5:30 pm will incur a $20 charge.. Time is needed to check-in each boarding dog and get them set up for their stay. Please bring your pup in prior to 5:30 pm, to avoid this charge.
