Our temperature controlled indoor dog suites will give your dog the privacy of their own personal space. They will have multiple opportunities to play with our caring and professional staff. They can enjoy outdoor play sessions in our 1500 plus sq. ft. play yard, or in one of our 3 indoor play areas.
Our Difference
Offering a limited number of suites creates an environment that is much less stressful than a kennel or boarding center.
Your dog won’t be up all night listening to the sound of countless other dogs in neighboring kennels. Instead, they will enjoy a cozy room with regular walls, a comfy bed and their very own TV. Much like what he experiences at home.
Our on-site staff will make sure your pooch has several play session and enjoys their regular meal schedule. We can accommodate most meal requests with our on-site kitchen (please check with us for more details).
If your dog’s personality is suitable for daycare, they can enjoy a full day of play before resigning to their cozy room for the night.

Happy Hounds Boarding Policies
- A 25% deposit is required for all reservations. Cancellations must be made within 72 hours for deposits to be returned. Holiday & Spring Break boardings must give 21 days cancellation notice for a deposit refund. All refunds will be returned by mail via check within 14 days of cancellation notice.
- All guests must be current on their bordatella*, distemper, and rabies vaccinations a week prior to attendance. *Intranasal bordatella is accepted within in 48hours of it being given.
- We require that you bring your dogs regular food in an airtight container to ensure your dog does not undergo additional stress and stomach upsets due a change in diet. We have refrigeration available for special diets/treats/etc.
- If your dog is on any medications, we can administer those at no extra charge (no injections).
- Dogs that have been temperament tested can spend their days in daycare and then retire to their suite at night.
- Dogs not suitable for daycare will be given a minimum of three 30-minute play sessions per day either outside or in inclement weather in one of our indoor play areas.
- Boarding’s are for a 24hour period or less. Pick-ups after the initial 24hour period will be charged an additional boarding day (or charged daycare rate if they have been temperament tested and can spend the afternoon in daycare).
- Dogs that spend a lot of time in nature (during the summers) should be on flea/tick preventative prior to boarding.
- Pick-ups and drop-offs must occur during regular business hours.
--Mon – Fri: 6:30 a.m to 12 p.m and 2 p.m to 6:30 p.m. We close our doors weekdays between 12 p.m and 2 p.m, for doggy lunches & naptime.
--Saturday: 9 a.m – 5 p.m
--Sunday: We are closed with pick-ups and drop-offs available by APPOINTMENT ONLY. Owners must choose ONE of the following pick-up times: 9 a.m. – 10 a.m., or 5 p.m. – 6 p.m. PLEASE NOTE… we may not be able to accommodate last minute changes to your scheduled appointment window.
**IMPORTANT**
There is no drop off or pick up offered on the following holidays:
New Years Day - Easter - 4th of July
Labor Day -Thanksgiving Day - Christmas Day.
There is an additional $25 charge to drop off or pick up outside of regular business hours. This is by APPOINTMENT ONLY. PLEASE NOTE… we may not be able to accommodate last minute changes to your scheduled appointment window.
